COURSES:

Depending on the period of permanence and on how much time you want to dedicate to freediving during your holiday, there is the possibility to attend to Apnea Discovery, First, Second or Third level courses. Lessons in the swimming pool, boat trips, breathing and relaxation sittings, all aimed to discovery the right feeling with your own body and with the sea.

Stages:

During the year there is also the possibility to participate to freediving intensive stages, some held by Umberto Pelizzari and others from the AA red sea staff, during which you will have the chance to try the variable weight.
